Introduction of chrome ore beneficiation process:
Gravity concentration is based on different mineral density to separate mineral. During gravity concentration, in addition to gravity separation device, it is necessary to have medium, such as water and air. It is the difference between the gravity concentration and other beneficiation process. Gravity concentration's features, or advantages are simple structure, low beneficiation cost, so gravity concentration process can be used as long as the condition is suitable.
Three steps of chrome ore beneficiation process:
1. Water elution mud: under the action of water flow, blocks or fine silt cohesived quartz grain disperse, and remove mud. This method can be used in glass, foundry and other industrials to remove clay and fine silt.
2. Hydraulic classification: according to different granularity minerals have different settling velocity in water flow, wide level materials are divided into a number of grain-level products, separete different size fractions in order to meet users' requirements. This method is used to process foundry sand, glass sand, cement standard sand, etc.
3. Shaker beneficiation: iron and ore particles with big density rapid subside in water, quartz grain with small density separate from heavy minerals under the combined effects of the transverse and longitudinal flow. This method is suitable for removing iron and other heavy minerals in glass sand.
